This is a craft pilsner for those who want a light and refreshing beer with depth and character. Carefully selected Norwegian malt provides a rich grain profile, while specially chosen hops with a mild, floral aroma balance the flavor and enhance fresh citrus notes. The yeast is given plenty of time to develop its flavors, and to preserve as much of the pure, natural taste as possible, the beer is, of course, unfiltered. "Ølgnass" is an old word from Setesdal valley in Southern Norway. It means someone who enjoys beer.
Aroma: Frisk aroma av malt med florale toner.
Smak: Sødme fra malt, fruktig og moderat bitterhet.
